Spurred to action by witnessing global encounters with catastrophic wounds, they developed a Hydro-Mechanical debridement system designed by Stephen, capturing all wound material and liquid discharge to cleanse wounds, while Jane mastered a treatment procedure harnessing the benefits of irrigation debridement.

Their fulfilling family life includes four children and six grandchildren who keep them busy.

Despite their success, they remain grounded, finding fulfillment in the tangible impact their work has on patients and their families.

With their sights set on expanding their reach, Jane and Stephen established a company in San Antonio, Texas, handpicking a management team who shares their unwavering commitment to providing evidence-based solutions for wound care.
